Frankie has been playing & singing bluegrass since she was 7.

Her bluegrass repertoire draws from the music of the bluegrass greats - Jimmy Martin, the Stanley Brothers, and Bill Monroe.

Lately, Frankie has been exploring more modern, jazz-influenced styles of banjo picking, and she draws inspiration and tunes from the banjo greats Bela Fleck and Alison Brown.

Frankie's performance experience includes being featured on stage a half-dozen times with Jimmy Martin, fronting her own band at Bean Blossom and Rhonda Vincent's Sally Mountain festival, playing with Pupville at Wintergrass, and currently playing with Donner Mountain.
